Civil Service Entrance Test Scheduled for July 23, 2007

The Parkersburg Fire Civil Service Commission will be administering examinations to establish the list from which future vacancies on the Parkersburg Fire Department will be filled. Testing will be held on Monday, July 23, 2007 at 6:00 PM at the Dils Center, 521 Market St, Parkersburg WV 26101.

Applications may be picked up beginning Monday, June 4, 2007 and returned no later than 4:00 PM on Thursday, June 28, 2007, at the Fire Chief's Office, located on the 1st Floor of the City Building, #1 Government Square, Parkersburg, WV 26101. There is a $15.00 Application Fee payable with return of application. Eligibility requirements and other information pertinent to the exam are available at the Fire Chief's Office
